As an “Monthly Membership” member, you understand that your credit card will automatically charge each month until the Membership is cancelled or terminated.

If Sam’s Car Wash increases the monthly charge by 10% or less, you waive any written notice of such increase to the amount of the recurring monthly charge.

Cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date; otherwise you may be charged for that month and the cancellation will not be effective until the following billing date. 

No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the anniversary billing date by submitting a form on our website samscarwash.com or visiting Sam’s Car Wash in person.

The Membership is per vehicle. Taxis, limos, app-based transportation services (including but not limited to Uber and Lyft) and other professional transportation vehicles are prohibited from this membership; Sam’s Car Wash may terminate a Membership upon violation of these terms and conditions.

The Membership cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, prepaid washes or gift cards. 

Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to Sam’s Car Wash. 

Sam’s Car Wash reserves the right to close stores due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and store upgrades.

Sam’s Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the Membership at any time.

The Membership contains no cash value and cannot be redeemed.

The Membership is non-refundable

Members are limited to 1 wash per day.

The recharge to the authorized customer credit card will take place on the anniversary date of the initial purchase.

There are no statements issued to the customer when the Monthly Membership payment bills each month.
